I like that there is a customized and unique header with original photos and title. The tabs are good because they keep the site organized. Also, another thing that caught my eye was the use of widgets. The countdowns and activity feed makes the reader involved since they can see exactly when and where you will be running and all the runs you will be doing with a quick look. I like the fact that people can subscribe via email as well so they can see whenever you make a new post. Overall, it's simple and in my opinion it works well. I will try to improve my own blog by keeping it clearly organized with tabs, and maybe add some widgets like a slideshow widget for example.
